How it feels
Described as a satisfying dopamine hit, though the December 2025 beta list rated it horrible to play, so treat this as provisional. Entering Shadow Dance requires strict button sequencing. If an enemy steps out of range or a dungeon mechanic interrupts your dance, your entire damage window collapses.

Extreme setup friction: making one minor mistake inside Shadow Dance ruins the entire pull's throughput.

- All modifiers to Shadow damage and many Shadow damage abilities have been updated to resolve circumstances where damage bonuses could be applied incorrectly.
