B-TIER Captain America Tank
Avenger's Shield bouncing silence, Consecration grounding, and Word of Glory emergency triage.
How it feels
Rated here as a fun shield-thrower (earlier rating; the October 2026 research found too little evidence on tanks to re-rate). Throwing bouncing Avenger's Shields into caster packs feels incredible, but Consecration leash mechanics constrain mobility.
Peak moment
Avenger's Shield ringing and bouncing across 3 enemy spellcasters, instantly interrupting all of them.
The clunk
Bound to Consecration: stepping outside your ground rune severely reduces your damage reduction.
What players say
Not re-rated by the research: there is too little evidence on this spec.
From the community research of Early October 2026, before patch 12.1.5 (due October 13).
