How it feels
Holding empower buttons gives a unique, skill-expressive feel unusual among casters. Combined with Hover gliding and Deep Breath strafing, it is visually spectacular, landing in solid B-Tier.

Hovering while charging a Level 4 Fire Breath and unleashing a massive dragonfire cone across a boss arena.
